NEW ORDER ANNOUNCE LONDON DATE

Feeling festive? Feeling nostalgic? Feeling festive and nostalgic?

New Order have announced plans to play a one-off London show this December. The show, which will be the first gig the band have played in the UK for over five years, will see the new line-up (still minus Peter Cook) showcase a plethora of classic material.

New Order's reunion shocked many people, but none so much as former bassist Peter Cook. After the announcement, Cook wrote…

"I first I heard about this on Monday and it has taken me completely by surprise! Everyone knows that NEW ORDER without PETER HOOK is like QUEEN without FREDDIE MERCURY, U2 without THE EDGE, SOOTY without SWEEP!"

The one-off gig will be at London's Troxy on December 10.

Tickets go on sale Friday (November 4). All tickets will be available through Livemusic.
