2000 TREES FESTIVAL, Upcote Farm, Withington, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, 16-17 Jul: The Subways have been confirmed to headline this summer's 2000 Trees Festival. The Dawn Chorus, Chris T-T, The Tailors, Jim Lockey And The Solemn Sun, Roundstone and Dan Heaver have also been added to the line-up. www.twothousandtreesfestival.co.uk

THE GREAT ESCAPE, various venues, Brighton, 13 - 15 May: Chew Lips, Dead Confederate and Japanese Voyeurs are amongst the latest acts to be confirmed for The Great Escape, joining the previously announced Delphic, Chase & Status, Marina And The Diamonds and Ellie Goulding. www.escapegreat.com
