Jezus Factory is one indie label that didn't have its entire catalogue of CDs set in flames during the riots. The ensuing impression of affluence has seen the label suffer a turn of generosity. News has just been announced that the label is giving away a free compilation with a variety of tracks from its five year history.
Included in the download is Rudy Trouve of dEUS fame and Belgium alt-rock outfits Sukilove and Creature With The Atom Brain. Also featured is the now-disbanded, mercurial and brilliant gem The Beat Maras (below).
The record label owners appear on the artwork surrounded by empty bottles of vodka. Sitting in front of dustbins, the pair hold a sign reading 'Please give generously'.
