Damon Gough (as he is known to his friends and family), or Badly Drawn Boy (to the droves of indie fans who fell for him all those years ago) has surfaced out of the shadows to announce plans for a celebratory UK tour over the course of seven dates spanning the UK this July.

To celebrate the 15th Anniversary of ‘The Hour of Bewilderbeast’ album, Badly Drawn Boy has chosen to announce the strikingly titled ‘The Hour Of Bewilderbeast’ UK tour. Beginning in Bristol at St George’s on July 24th, before swinging past London’s iconic Barbican centre on the 26th, the stretch  will also take in shows in Glasgow, Birmingham, Gateshead and Leeds before finishing up in Manchester on July 31st at Bridgewater Hall.
 
Originally released on BDB’s own label Twisted Nerve through XL Recordings on June 26th 2000, the Mercury Prize Winning album will be receiving the remastering treatment as an expanded version of the album featuring unheard tracks later in the Autumn drops on XL in time for tour.
