Gig Guides, Music Concert Tickets at Livemusic.fm

The AIM awards touched down in London last night to honour the very best in British independent music making. From the artists to the labels, the industry was out in full force to celebrate what has been yet another MONUMENTAL year for indie music making, and even though a number of the more ‘high profile’ names couldn’t make the bash, the booze fuelled evening was still very much celebratory.

Highlight of the evening has to be when Noel Gallagher stepped up to award Jungle with their award for ‘Most Played New Independent Act’. Noel cracked a joke by proclaiming "This isn't Liam, by the way" only for Jungle’s lead singer Josh Lloyd as “Liam” when they grabbed the award.
