About Kill Joy City

Kill Joy City or KJC are a Heavy Rock band from Birmingham formed in 2008 who are influenced by such artists as Metallica, Rammstein, Opeth and Bullet For My Valentine. In 2010 KJC released their first EP which is currently available free from the band at all of their shows. KJC have played with other artists such as Senses Fail, Tragedy and played on the second stage at Cock Rock Festival 2011 alongside Funeral For a Friend and Gallows. The band are now booking shows for the rest of the year as well as preparing to release their first single 'Containment'.
