About Alex Sheppard

Alex Sheppard is an anti-folk musician based in London. Originally from Norwich, the 21-year-old singer/songwriter spins tales of drunken Cinderellas, snowman love affairs and early morning stumbles through Soho. Since relocating to London in 2007, she has appeared on BBC local and national radio stations, caught the attention of NME magazine, played support for ex-Libertines frontman Carl Barat and his current band Dirty Pretty Things, and signed with independent music company Jigsaw House.
